Terms & Conditions bosskucuci – Terms of Use for Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and bosskucuci ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by bosskucuci, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

To register and use bosskucuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration;
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Is not located in any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited;
• Is not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any bosskucuci staff;
• Has never been banned or restricted by bosskucuci previously for any reason.

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. bosskucuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, bank statement, or any other supporting documents deemed necessary.

You are solely responsible for keeping your bosskucuci account login details confidential, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose, share, or allow any third party to access your account without bosskucuci's authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Change your password regularly as a security precaution;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device;
• Contact bosskucuci customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

Bosskucuci shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Bosskucuci only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved and legitimate payment methods. Accepted payment methods are:

Deposit Requirements

Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered under your own name. Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification as part of our standard security procedure. bosskucuci reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Bosskucuci offers members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, account, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met in full before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted;
• The stated rollover value refers to the total valid wagers required — for example, a 20x rollover on a RM100 bonus means you must wager a total of RM2,000;
• Bosskucuci reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being abused or claimed fraudulently;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value;
• All bonuses have a stated validity period — unused bonuses that have expired cannot be reinstated.

All sports betting and casino activities on bosskucuci are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as game-specific rules for each type of play:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except with bosskucuci's consent;
• Bosskucuci reserves the right to void bets placed on events that have already commenced, without prior notice;
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be declared void and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated;
• Bosskucuci reserves the right to limit or reject any bet deemed irregular or unusual.

• All casino games are run using an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness;
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, the result of that round may be voided;
• Bosskucuci is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connection disruptions on the player's end;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary depending on the game type and table selected.

To keep bosskucuci a safe and fair environment for all players, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of software, bots, or any form of automated means to play or place bets;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the system;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes (collusion);
• Money laundering or using the bosskucuci platform for any unlawful activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Abusing the bonus system by registering multiple accounts;
• Transferring funds between player accounts for unauthorised purposes;
• Making threats, harassment, or showing disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other players.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, which may include account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Voluntary account closure requires all active bets to be settled and any eligible balance to be withdrawn beforehand. Unclaimed balances remaining 180 days after account closure may be forfeited in accordance with our policy.

Bosskucuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or casino games;
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Losses due to internet connection disruptions on the player's end;
• Any damage arising from unauthorised access to your account;
• Investment or financial decisions made based on information available on our platform.

The bosskucuci platform is provided "as is" and bosskucuci makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of this platform. bosskucuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding bosskucuci's services, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Customer Support: Within 30 days of the incident, contact the bosskucuci support team via live chat or email at support@bosskucuci.ws with full details of your dispute;
2. Internal Review: bosskucuci will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 5–10 business days;
3. Appeals: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of an internal review, you may request a further review by bosskucuci management;
4. Alternative Resolution: Should a dispute not be resolved internally, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration.

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. By using the bosskucuci platform, you agree that any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out herein.
